Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60 to the USA and Over $100 to Canada. All orders that do not reach the minimum amount for standard free shipping are calculated accordingly. We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. We use standard shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post for all shipments. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and other factors outside of our control. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or by factors outside of our control.

Order Processing

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been shipped. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please note that processing times may vary depending on the availability of the item(s) you ordered. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with an estimated shipping date.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the shipping carrier’s website.

Returns and Refunds Policy 

Returns and Refunds Policy (Damage, Defective, Incorrect)

Thank you for shopping with BIGVITA.com. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and we understand that, at times, returns or exchanges may be necessary. Customers may return items within 30 days of receiving the order. The day the package was received, as indicated by the carrier’s tracking information, will be considered Day 1 of your 30 days.If you purchased a product within 14 days of a sale, send us proof of order and you may be entitled to a refund of the difference as store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. In other words, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened or partially used products, unless the product is damaged or defective; all capsules must be accounted for. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] and provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will issue a full refund for unopened and unused products returned within 30 days of purchase, less any applicable shipping charges.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) are incorrect, defective or damaged upon arrival. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund request if the product has been misused, abused, or tampered with. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed and for the funds to be reflected in your account.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product and include your order number. Please provide your order number and photo(s) of the damaged or defective item. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and we may offer a replacement item or a full refund at no additional cost depending on the customer’s preference.
